Faith Under Fire:

The Early Church


Class facilitated by Jay Lee. Jay is a retired pastor and Bible teacher with over 20 years of experience training pastors and leaders in remote areas around the world.

In this class, we will examine the text of the Bible closely and follow the sandal prints of Jesus’ disciples in the first century in Asian Minor. We will learn how the gospel was presented and how Christianity survived against the first onslaught by the world, and how Jesus had prepared the disciples for the task. This series will involve studying the geography of Asian Minor and the adjacent areas around the Mediterranean Sea, the evidence made available from biblical archeology, and New Testament books.

Handling conflict well helps restore and even strengthen relationships rather than wreck them. This class will help you work through conflict in a healthy, Christ-centered way and restore connection with the people who matter most. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for apologizing well, extending forgiveness, listening with empathy, and finding common ground. Come discover practical tools that help relationships thrive.
