Operations Guest Experience & Events Coordinator

The Guest Experience & Events Coordinator plays an important role in creating welcoming, organized, and meaningful experiences for our church family, guests, and community partners. Working alongside our Operations Team, this person coordinates a variety of events and ministry gatherings, supports Sunday morning hospitality, helps facilitate Growth Path classes and memorial services, and partners with volunteers to create environments where people feel seen, cared for, and connected. 

We're looking for someone who loves serving people behind the scenes, enjoys bringing order to details, and finds joy in helping ministries succeed. If you're organized, relational, and have a heart for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Lead Pastor, Operations Pastor, and Spiritual Life Pastor, helping them focus on shepherding, leading, and advancing the mission of Twin Cities Church. From coordinating calendars and meetings to supporting church-wide initiatives and ministry projects, this role helps ensure our pastoral team can lead effectively and serve our church family well. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, anticipates needs before they're asked, communicates with excellence, and thrives behind the scenes. Because this role often serves as a first point of contact for members of our church family seeking pastoral care, we're looking for someone who combines exceptional organizational skills with compassion, wisdom, and a heart for people.
